FRET Imaging

Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) is a phenomenon utilized in microscopy to observe distance-dependent interactions between biological molecules. In this approach, two biological molecules of interest are labeled with different dyes: one with a donor fluorophore, another with an acceptor fluorophore.
