The Lumazone FM system is an economical solution for basic fluorescence and chemiluminescence macroscopic imaging applications. The FM configuration comes with a manual stage and offers the ability to automatically acquire brightfield images.

The FM system includes a 200-W metal halide light source, 100-step fluorescence intensity control to provide users precise control of lamp intensity, an integrated shutter, a six-position excitation filter wheel, and a manual emission filter holder.

The Lumazone FM system offers users a choice of one of four back-illuminated CCD or EMCCD cameras. Alternatively, a front-illuminated EMCCD camera (the 1002FE) can be selected.
